Arena's relationship with CBD began in 2018. Established locally in 1998 as Harlequin Marquees, Arena was the first business of its kind in the region to combine temporary structure with high-quality interior design. Today, Arena continues too be a market leader in providing innovative rental solutions to the events industry with expertise ranging from overlay design and management solutions to the creation of bespoke temporary venues for a range of sectors which include; sports, cultural, corporate, exhibitions and the private market.
In June 2020, Arena Group announced the merger of its UK & Europe and Middle East & Asia divisions to form Arena EMEA. Under this new structure, the MEA division's reputation for innovation and delivery of design led solutions, offering temporary architecture with a permanent feel, will further be rolled out to the UK market. This will allow the business to focus on the core of its competitive advantage and deliver the consistent offering globally, with a 'joined-up' approach to innovation, expertise and knowledge.
Arena's key divisions include: structures (rental and purchase), furniture (stock rental and custom-design), interior design, seating, semi-permanent buildings, scaffolding, managed and hired ice rinks, fencing and barriers, cold rooms, event management, exhibition stand design and build, visual merchandising and graphics.
