The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) will start monitoring private companies for implementation of two new emiratisation decrees from today (Monday).
The first decree mandates private sector establishments employing over 500 workers to hire at least one Emirati for an occupational health and safety officer position.
The second decree states companies engaging over 1,000 workers must hire a minimum of two data entry Emirati employees.
The ministry has prepared a comprehensive list that includes all the contact details of the qualified national cadres to fill the assigned professions, WAM, state news agency, reported.
